Robbery Suspect in Custody

Two men in their 20s are in Police custody after they allegedly threatened and robbed a taxi-driver in Nausori last night.

The two allegedly assaulted and robbed the taxi driver along Duilomaloma Road, Nausori whereby the victim managed to scare the two off by sounding his vehicle horn.

Nausori Police personnel were alerted and attended to the scene whereby they managed to arrest the two suspects.

The two continue to be questioned at the Nausori Police Station as investigations continue.
