Case of Alleged Burglary

An investigation is underway following a report of alleged burglary at the home of a 56 year old farmer located along the Navakasigani Airport Road in Labasa yesterday.

The farmer came home and discovered that his home had been broken into with several items missing which included a laptop, mobile phones, a hunting rifle and assorted items estimated to be valued at more than $6,000.

The incident occurred between 11am to 2pm when the victim’s house was vacant.
