The Fiji Police Boxing Club as part of its youth empowerment program supports the initiative put in place by Yanuyanu youth known as Work Out of Poverty and Walk-out of Crime.

The club executive committee had visited the youth group this week donating groceries that assist youth members financially in terms of their fundraising.

The Force as a service-oriented organization using the Duavata tool to address the vulnerable in communities and use their entrepreneurial skills to Work out of Poverty and Walk-out of Crime.

Presenting on behalf of the Fiji Police Boxing Club, Head Coach Police Constable Viliame Vitukalulu mentioned that it’s vital to support such initiative that will be of benefit to the future generation of this country.

He adds these are challenging times and Youth play an important and pivotal role in nation-building therefore the need to support them is important.

Speaking on behalf of the Youth Group, Seremaia Tunakoro expressed their gratitude for the presence and the tremendous gesture they've witnessed in terms of the support provided by the Fiji Police Boxing Club
