Sigatoka Police Station personnel took time out today to visit the sick and the underprivileged in their community. The groceries were bought by Officers from the money collected during their district parade this morning. Their first stop was at the Hare Krishna Sri Radha Damodar Temple where six children are currently residing.

The hostel at the temple is now a home for the children and Officers from Sigatoka took time out to spread a little festive cheer. The next stop was at Nayawa Village where they visited Aminisitai Kunabuli, a 50 year old who lost both legs due to complications to diabetes. The final visit of the day was to their own comrade, Corporal 2206 Seru Namusudroka who has been sick for a few months.
