Fiji Navy celebrated its 50th year anniversary

The Fiji Navy celebrated its 50th year anniversary and a tribute to its veterans today with a march through Suva City.

As tradition, Division Police Commander Central (DPC/Central) Superintendent of Police (SP) Ruci Nasemira stopped the procession and demanded the Freedom of Entry.

After the Freedom of Entry was produced by the scroll bearer , permission was granted for the Fiji Navy to march through Suva City with swords drawn, bayonets fixed and drums beating.

The Fiji Police Force wishes the Republic of Fiji Navy a happy anniversary!
