TWO CHARGED WITH UNLAWFUL WEARING OF POLICE UNIFORM

Two men aged 18 and 22years will be produced at the Ra Magistrates Court today after they were featured in a TikTok video wearing Police uniforms.  

The two were seen in the video wearing the uniforms belonging to a relative who is a Police officer.  

The two are residing with the Officer and unlawfully wore his uniform while he was at work.  

They have been charged with one count each of wearing of uniform without authority under Section 381 (1) (b) of the Crimes Act 2009.
