Ninety-nine (99) arrests were made last night and it is clear that the warnings about social gatherings are still falling on deaf ears.

Of the 99 arrests, eighty-four (84) arrests were for social gathering breaches as those found drinking grog tops the list of arrests made.

The Northern Division recorded thirty-one (31) social gathering breach cases, South recorded thirty (30), East nineteen (19)and West four (4) cases.

Included in those arrested for alleged social gathering breach, is a Police Officer in the West and a  casual worker Ministry of Agriculture in the East.

Fifteen (15) arrests were made for breach of curfew with South recording seven (7) cases while West and East both recorded (4) cases each.
