Meet Your Officers

Meet Corporal (Cpl) Lanieta Bogidua based at the Savusavu Tourist Police Unit.

She has served for 17-years at various police stations namely Tavua, Ba, Lautoka and currently in Savusavu.

Cpl Lanieta says “we are known for our loving ways and this depicts the jovial and enriched culture that Fiji is known for.

We portray this everyday of our lives within our families and our communities."

Cpl Lanieta is originally from Sasa village in Ba and had joined the Fiji Police Force in 2005.

The mother of 8 children was educated at Xavier College. Her advice to Parents and Guardians, “As parents we need to spend more time with our children because our mere presence is very important to them ” she said.

“A humble request, is to look out for each other, only then will we be able to do the same for our visitors and all our loved ones who will be visiting our country,” she added.
