Signing of Rental Agreement Program between Fiji Police Force and Fiji Television Ltd

A signing of the Rental Agreement Program was held today between the Fiji Police Force and Fiji Television Ltd.

The signing boosts communication support for the Fiji Police through Fiji TV's subsidiary PACTOK who have been proving a wide area network communication solution built on Motorola Motortrbo Platform for over 7 years.

Fiji Television Ltd Chief Executive Officer Karen Lobendhan said they were happy to continue their partnership to assist the Fiji Police Force being Fiji's central agency assigned to maintain Law and order boost their level of service delivery.

Commissioner Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho said Fiji Television has a great understanding of the institutions communication needs, and is hopeful of working on other projects in the not too distant future.

He added as a leader in communication technology, he hopes to enlist the support of Fiji TV when the institution looks at incorporating new modes of policing through technology which is becoming more of a real need in policing operations worldwide and in Fiji.
