Two bikers admitted in critical condition at the Lautoka Hospital

Two bikers are currently admitted in critical condition at the Lautoka Hospital after involving in an accident today afternoon at Nawai in Nadi.

These men were travelling from Sigatoka to Nadi when they allegedly hit by a car driven by a man in his 50's and was believed to be heavily intoxicated.

It is alleged the driver veered onto the opposite lane and hit the two men causing serious injuries .

The suspect is currently in custody.

Police is advising the public this festive season to be vigilant and practice safety at all times whilst travelling on the road.
