Investigators Empowerment Workshop in the North

Officers in the Northern Division have completed an Investigators Empowerment Workshop with the Director Training Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kasiano Vusonilawe stressing the importance of such trainings targeting the betterment of Police services.

The training was specifically designed for frontline investigators and was a refresher course on the latest developments in the investigation field.

It was also a chance to introduce the Peace Model Interview Technique brough in by the New Zealand Police through the Fiji Police Partnership Programme.

Similar training is being conducted in the Western Division this week and will move to the other divisions later.
