Officers selected for Leadership Program

Assistant Superintendent of Police Isireli Ravulolo and Inspector Alisi Wainikoula have been selected to undergo the 2022 Leadership Fiji Program.

The two officers are the first through the Fiji Police Force to be part of the Leadership Program which is aimed at assisting emerging leaders explore their potential and enhance networking with future leaders from both the private and public sectors.

ASP Ravulolo is currently the Staff Officer to the Deputy Commissioner of Police while IP Wainikoula is the Station Officer of the Vunidawa Police Station.

The selection of the two officers is an outcome of discussions held last year between the Commissioner of Police Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho and Leadership Fiji Founder and Chairman William Parkinson and CEO Sharyne Fong.

The selection of the two young officers is in line with the Commissioner's intent of identifying and providing learning opportunities for future leaders of the organisation, and he acknowledged the support of the Leadership Fiji Executives.

The Leadership Fiji initiative assists in the development of emerging leaders by exposing them to leaders in a structured manner, providing them with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of Fiji through the historical, economical and social structure.
