Discipline Forces heads meet

The Commissioner of Police Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho paid a coutesy call to the Commander of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces Major General Jone Kalouniwai earlier this week.

The Commissioner was received by the Commander with a quarter guard at RFMF Headquarters, Suva.

The visit marked the first official visit between the two heads of the Forces since their appointments last year.

Brigadier General Qiliho conveyed the Fiji Police Force’s appreciation to the Commander for the assistance provided to the organisation during the COVID special operations.

The Commander has also agreed through the RFMF Engineers to assist the Fiji Police upgrading and renovation works of Police Stations and Community Posts that will be used as Election Hubs in the upcoming General Elections.

Brigadier General Qiliho wished the Commander well during his tenure.
