Courtesy visit

The Korean Embassy in Fiji Ambassador His Excellency Mr Park Young-kyu paid a courtesy visit to the Commissioner of Police Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho to convey his appreciation for the Fiji Police Force’s support throughout the year.

Through his Excellency the Fiji Police Force has not only been able to strengthen engagements with the Korean Community living in Fiji but enhanced collaborative efforts with the Korean National Police Agency.

Earlier this year an outreach meeting was held with the Korean community and senior members of the #FijiPolice on issues of concern with regards to the safety and security of Korean nationals and visitors.

Mr Park also thanked the Commissioner for then organisatuon's support during the Korean National Day celebrations.

He also handed over office equipment and wished all members of the organization and their families the very best for the remainder of the 2022 operational period.
