Case of Interest

A 48-year old carpenter is in police custody after he allegedly murdered his 78-year old father in Manoca yesterday.

The suspect who was allegedly under the influence of alcohol had committed the offence and later conveyed the victim to the Nausori Health Centre where medical officials had noted visible injuries.

The matter was reported by Health officials.

Investigations continue.
