OPENING OF SOCCER IDC

We will always support our police officers says Vinod Patel & Company PTE Limited Chief Operations Officer, Mr Nilesh Pal Singh, whilst Opening the Fiji Police Force (FPF) Inter District Championship (IDC) 2022 Fiji Football Academy in Ba this morning.

“The Police men and women, do so much to work day and night so we can stay in peace and maintaining normalcy, so much is asked of them yet very little appreciation is given,” Mr Singh said.

“Our officers are out there risking their lives, doing their duty, at least we can do is show our support where we can, the hard work the officers do, they deserve a bit of fun, a bit of get together, and what better way then sports,” he added.

Mr Singh said the VPCL family appreciates and acknowledges the police force in all its effort and commitment in keeping Fiji safe.

VPCL were the sponsors of the Fiji Police soccer team to the Sukana Bowl competition last year, and this year they are back again as partners with the Force in its IDC competition.

Meanwhile, the FPF IDC commences this morning with Southern Division as the defending champions, the 3-day-championship will end on Friday.

There are over 50 District Reps and a few National Reps featuring in this Championship.
