Search Efforts Continue

The search for a 15-year old student who went missing on Saturday while swimming in waters near Solkope Island, Kalvaka, Rotuma continues today.

The victim with other friends reportedly swam across to Solkope Island, but did not make it back allegedly due to the strong current.

Attempts made to rescue him proved futile.

Search efforts conducted since Saturday have been unsuccessful, and will continue today.
