Day 2 of the 2022 Coca-Cola Games is over, and what a day it has been Chief Operations Officer ACP Abdul Khan congratulated participating students, teachers, officials, and supporters who once again assisted in proving a safe and conducive environment for the conduct of Day 2 of the Games.
ACP Khan said with the focus over at the Games venue at the HFC Bank National Stadium, Police officers have shifted focus to safety and security in major towns and cities, with traffic officers also stepping up on monitoring the movement of people.
The Chief Operations Officer said visitations will continue throughout the night, and additional manpower has been pushed forward to the main capital and other areas.
ACP Khan said with other social events taking place after the Coca-Cola Games tomorrow, police officers will be out in numbers and will not tolerate any unruly behaviour and is urging members of the public to enjoy themselves responsibly.
He also called on parents and guardians to talk to their children on the consequences of getting involved in any illegal activities.
