The Acting Commissioner of Police Juki Fong Chew today officiated the drill and physical training Instructors Course at the Fiji Police Academy.
The training was made possible through the assistance of the Pacific Community of Law Enforcement Corporation (PCLEC) and the Australian Federal Police. "
This training has occurred again after a lapse of more than two years, and I urge you all to have an open mind while attending to this course," said Mr Chew.
The Acting Commissioner has urged participants to put aside their ego and to focus on the training ahead of them.
The seven weeks course has forty participants from around the country, including six from the Pacific Regional countries.
The regional participants are from Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Samoa,Tonga, Solomon, and the Federated State of Micronesia.
