Police Women's Workshop ends


The two day Executive Leadership Workshop for senior women Police and civilians came to an end yesterday with the intent achieved of enhancing confidence in leading teams and navigating complexities of the law enforcement world.

The workshop was facilitated by the Australian Institute of Policing Management’s (AIPM) Pacific Faculty of Policing, and participants consisted of key members of the Fiji Police Women’s Advisory Network.

The AIPM and PFP have conducted numerous leadership trainings at all levels within the Fiji Police Force, and is an extension of the assistance rendered by the Australian Federal Police.

PFP leadership trainings are tailor made for challenges in the Pacific.

The AIPM is a recognised world leader in the design and delivery of education and development for individuals and organisations involved in the provision of policing, law enforcement, security, public safety, emergency management and related professions.
