Police Sharks women team wins FNFL

The Police Sharks women's team have dedicated their win in the final of the FNRL Women's Competition to their fallen comrades ahead of the Police Remembrance Day to be commemorated around Fiji on the 29th of September.

After trailing their opponents Yasawa Saints in the first half, the President of the Fiji Police League, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Pauliasi Colamoto urged the team to dig deep into their tanks, and play for their fallen comrades and their families.

The Police Sharks Women side fought back and beat their opponents in a closely contested final by 24 to 22. Thank you Yasawa Saints for a great game and #Vinakavakalevu Fiji National Rugby League Women for another great season.
