Two men charged for Theft


Quick response by Seaqaqa Police resulted in the arrest of two men alleged to be involved in two separate cases of theft.

Two reports of theft were received at the Seaqaqa Police Station on the 31st of May.

The first report was received from a man living in Nabukadogo, where he stated a compressor and a jack were allegedly stolen from his home sometime around the evening of the 31st of May.

The second report was received from a farmer of Dradramea who stated that someone allegedly stole a cattle from his farm.

Seaqaqa Police responded and made full recoveries of items allegedly stolen in both reports and also managed to arrest both suspects.

The two have been charged with one count of theft each and will be produced at the Labasa Magistrates Court today.
