Rishkul Nadera Primary Prefect Induction

Parents of Rishkul Nadera Primary School were reminded that the future of their children depends entirely on them.

This was elaborated to them by the Fiji Police Force Chief Administration Officer (CAO) Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Sakeo Ganivatu during the school’s prefect induction this morning.

ACP Sakeo said, the upbringing of children is a shared responsibility by teachers and parents.

“Many of us put children in school and expect teachers to shape our children into better citizens or leaders.

Many of us are so committed to many other things that we don’t take time to sit down with our children and go through their school work,” said ACP Sakeo.

The Police Chief Administration Officer said parents who devote their time to their children‘s needs will see their children become a strong and dedicated leader.

ACP Sakeo said his childhood dream was to become a Police Officer and when he was enlisted into the Fiji Police Force, his dream was to become one of the leaders of the organization.

“Today I am an Assistant Commissioner and I lead our Administration department.

My childhood upbringing made me reach where I am today and I call on all parents here, please don’t let your guard down and continue to steer your children into the right direction.”

The Fiji Police Force congratulates Hritikesh Naidu of year 8B for being elected Head Boy and Kridhiya Chandra of year 8A for becoming the school’s Head Girl.

Congratulations also to all the prefects that were badged today.
