MILESTONE FOR WATER POLICE UNIT
Fiji Police have strengthened its Watpol Unit after signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Bligh Water Shipping Limited.
Abraham Simpson the CEO of Bligh Water Shipping Limited and Acting Commissioner of Police Eroni Antonio signed the MOU at Officers Mess yesterday. This occasion was witnessed by the senior officers of the Fiji Police.
This MOU outlines the responsibilities and understanding of the parties concerning the attachments and training of police officers in the Watpol unit
The training will be done on MV Suilven & MV Westerland and any other Company vessel or any other vessel that the company has.
