POLICE RETAIN SUKUNA TANOA
Police retained the Sukuna Tanoa for the fourth consecutive year beating Army 16-3 at the National Stadium.
Police also won majority of the events organized for the day only losing out in the service men’s and wives volleyball.
For the first time ever the Police team won the tug of war battle which is usually dominated by Army.
The soccer team won by 2-0 and other events which police had won included the service netball, service women volleyball and the development rugby.
The win has boasted the morale of the Police Rugby League team who will be leaving tomorrow (Friday, October 31) for a tour in Queensland, Australia.
