29/07/12, 1230hrs, Laqere, Tabia, Labasa

A 5yr old, kindergarten student fell from a chicken shed about 2 meters high and the coconut husking spear hit her causing her injuries.

Minor surgical operation was conducted on her before evacuated to CWM Hospital on 30/07/12,1500hrs.

Investigations continue.
